Who We Are

WL Plastics is North America's largest manufacturer of solid wall polyethylene pipes, offering both High and Medium Density Polyethylene solutions. From municipal water systems to industrial applications, our pipes are trusted to serve a wide variety of industries with strength and durability.

Our History

Founded in the early 2000s by Mark Wason and Steve Burns, WL Plastics initially served the oil and gas gathering, municipal water, sewer, mining, and industrial pipe needs in the Rocky Mountain region. With a clear vision and strategic expansion, they quickly transformed WL Plastics into a prominent regional supplier of polyethylene pipes. Over the years, the company expanded through both acquisitions and new plant developments. In 2016, we were acquired by INEOS, which provided the financial stability and support necessary to further scale our operations.

Our Strengths and Capabilities

• Production of a broad product mix of 1/2” to 54” pipe

• Strict quality standards for all product lines

• Over 900 million pounds of annual production capacity

• Experienced production personnel

• Close proximity to customers, facilitating quicker response times and speed to market

• ISO 9001:2015 certification along with carrying other third party certifications (FM, NSF, UL, etc).

Our Recent Expansion
