WL Plastics Purchases Charter Plastics

Announcement: WL Plastics purchases substantially all of the assets of Charter Plastics on December 31, 2021.

WL Plastics is excited to announce its purchase of substantially all of the assets of Charter Plastics effective December 31, 2021.  Charter Plastics established its current operations in Titusville, Pennsylvania in 1987.  Since that time, Charter became a leader in the North American polyethylene pipe market by aligning itself with industry organizations such as PPI, ASTM, AWWA, AGA, and the PE Alliance, focusing on employee and customer safety, providing dedicated customer service, and offering quality products that exceed industry standards.  Mark Wason, CEO or WL Plastics said, “We are thrilled to bring such an established and well-positioned asset kit into the broader manufacturing base of WL Plastics.  We look forward to working closely with customers previously served by Charter Plastics, as well as the employees of Charter Plastics that will continue on with our organization as we integrate this site into the larger INEOS and WL Plastics brand.
