Covid-19 Response from WL Plastics

WL Plastics hopes this letter finds you and your family in good health and in good spirits. We understand that these are uncertain and unprecedented times. Safety of our collective employees and the ability to offer continued service to our customers are WL Plastics’ top priorities during these trying times.

The COVID-19 situation continues to evolve in North America, including states implementing shelter-in place orders. WL Plastics leadership team has been closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic since the onset and implementing appropriate measures to protect our employees at the direction of Government officials and Heath Organizations. Over the past few weeks, WL Plastics has implemented the below measures to help prevent further spread of this coronavirus:

  • Restricted all non-essential travel
  • Employees working remotely if able
  • Restricted visitors at all production facilities
  • New sanitization protocols implemented at all production facilities
  • Educating our employees on methods to prevent further spread of COVID-19
  • Screening contracted truck drivers before entering WL site to load pipe

WL Plastics production facilities continue to operate at this time and will continue to operate as long as conditions permit. No disruption in raw material supply is expected at this time as the chemical sector has been deemed an essential component of the global infrastructure. WL Plastics is well positioned as a National Manufacturer to support your needs and offer continued service in these difficult times. With 8 manufacturing locations in 6 different states, WL Plastics has production flexibility to ensure supply to our valued customers. WL Plastics is continually monitoring the developments of COVID-19 and will keep you up to date if our supply position changes to allow you to best plan for your business needs. We greatly appreciate your partnership and continued business. Please feel free to contact me or your WL Plastics Sales Representative with any questions. Thank you.
